A folder of sensibly named PNGs is still dependent on human memory. EvidenceRunner writes a manifest that ties each artifact to its recipe, cell, state and SHA-256 hash.
The hash gives the file an identity after it is moved into the development vault. The cell connection explains why it exists. The run context makes it possible to distinguish two visually similar captures produced under different conditions.
The vault bridge remains outside the reusable plugin: evidence is completed first, then ingested. Project organization cannot silently become part of the capture tool’s correctness.
